Brad Burridge is our Managing Director who brings over nine years of leadership experience in the disability care sector. Brad began his career in the industry the same year that the NDIS was introduced, marking the start of his dedication to improving lives through quality care. Brad has held leadership roles overseeing both individual and group care, with a focus on supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. His commitment to excellence and genuine care for others will be an impactful contribution to Bright Umbrella and the disability care sector in general
Julia Hillman is our Director of Operations bringing a wealth of experience as a skilled administrator in the disability care sector. Julia oversees the daily operations of our organisation, ensuring that every aspect of our service runs smoothly and efficiently. She is a friendly and compassionate person, building trust and rapport with clients, advocates, and team members alike. Julia is committed to driving operational excellence while maintaining the personal touch that defines Bright Umbrella’s approach to care.
Donna Burridge is our Client Services & Staff Liaison who has a strong background in Operational Management. Her ability to understand client needs and deliver practical solutions makes her an indispensable part of our team. With a passion for planning and a genuine love of working with people, Donna is committed to fostering meaningful connections with our clients and their families. By tailoring solutions to suit individuals she looks forward to making a positive impact on people's lifestyle.
